Fatty Fridays: Iced Coffee the Right Way


This “recipe” as been posted a million times in a million blogs but I’m constantly surprised at how many people don’t know how to make a proper iced coffee. So, since it’s finally hot outside I figured now is a good time to enlighten all of my unknowing fwends.

Cold brewing iced coffee is super easy and it improves the flavor of the coffee drastically (it’s not bitter and almost chocolatey). So so good! All you do is put the coffee grinds in water overnight then strain the grinds out in the morning. Seriously. Thats it. If you have a french press it’s even easier! If you’re the kind of person that needs times and measurements then check this but seriously you don’t need to. Now, go make some coffee!
