Tim Burton meets MoMA

If you’re not already aware of this upcoming event, Tim Burton will have an exhibition of his work, including drawings that I’m sure will be amazing, at MoMA from Nov. 22, to April 26, 2010. I saw the entrance yesterday and it’s basically a giant ghoulish mouth you walk through, down a dark hallway with spinwheel designs on the floor and psychedelic lighting. Needless to say, should be awesome. MoMA asked Burton to animate their logo to promote the exhibition (click below). Love the contrast of his quirk applied to MoMA’s squeaky clean visuals.
